Around 300 women students participated in the awareness program and showed their support through video by Mr.Anadakumar, Founder -President, Our Pink Ambassador Ms. Latha Krishna and Mr. Ram Kumar,Treasurer were the Guest of Honour, the Principal and the Director also graced the occasion.

#IndiaTurnsPink conducted a pink ribbon walk to spread the awareness on Breast Cancer to the youth as part of PINKTOBER’16 at Marina Beach on 7th October 2016 in association with Madras School of Social Work (MSSW) – GAIA. This is an initiative of India Turns Pink were the students of MSSW coordinated to gather the students from various colleges who were the participants of the Pink Ribbon Walk. The Pink Ribbon Walk began at Gandhi Statue were around 200 students support this noble cause.
